Training rural women as Krishi Sakhis (women entrepreneurs) so they can earn additional income, build their digital and financial literacy skills and be empowered as successful entrepreneurs in their communities
Building a gender balanced and inclusive organisation made up of diverse talents through proactive recruitment, family-friendly leave and workplace policies, and mentorship and promotional opportunities for women
